If the FFA contained in the oil is too high, the oil will have a strong odor and a poor flavor. Some FFAs will smoke when cooking.
Poor pigmentation causes the oil to darken and even darken. Therefore, in order to get the products accepted by consumers, it is necessary to refine the oil.
